What my clients are saying

In preparation of listing our home, Susan guided us on how we needed to update the home for it to sell quickly. She could not have been more right! We received great interest right away, and had an offer that we ultimately accepted within 24 hours of it being on the market. Susan advised us on the sale price for the home and the offer we accepted was a top dollar sale. We are so glad we chose Susan Clark to represent us in the sale of our home. Her expertise and guidance of the real estate market makes her the best choice!

~ Brandon and Christina Clifford

When we decided it was time to re-sell our home in August of 2019, although it can be a frightening and stressful experience, choosing a professional real estate agent for us was easy. In 2006, Susan was the agent who guided us in purchasing the same house. We of course listed it for sale with her, and we had an offer after only 4 days on the market, which is not easy for a home in the $500K price range. Susan is savy, personable, dedicated, and knows the market inside and out; she will guide you every step of the process. If you are looking for someone who is genuine, responsive, and customer centric, then you need to call Susan. You will have a pleasurable experience and she will work hard for you! 2019

~ Betsy and Chris Papamitrou

I have dealt with numerous agents whose priority was to sell you a home quickly and then had no further communication.I had the pleasure of working with Susan in 2006 .She is a true professional, very customer centric, and extremely knowledge of the market. Irrespective of the time of day, or whether she was on vacation she understood the sense of urgency and responded to her clients promptly. She has a keen way of making you feel you’re the only client. I would highly recommend Susan. 2006

This is to recommend Susan Mosher as a highly competent and effective real estate professional. Susan is also a delightful person and an excellent communicator. Dear Susan, I wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience it was working with you. You were professional, helpful, and very easy to work with during the sale of my parent's home. You did not treat this listing with any lower priority than if we had listed a more expensive house. Our family appreciated all your hard work, and we wants to highly recommend you to others looking for a Realtor!
